A Little About Me...

The most important aspects in my life are not objects that have been obtained, but instead consist of significant people. My family (both immediate and extended) is extraordinarily close and without them I would be a substantially different person. The idea of numbering the amount of characteristics that my parents have passed onto me is unfathomable, but they range from the importance of unconditional love and support, to unfaltering work ethic (which is consequently linked to being able to laugh at myself and my mistakes). My younger brother Jackson taught me not to take myself too seriously and the true meaning of being a dependable best friend. My grandparents, aunts, and uncles have been very influential in my life, and demonstrated to me how taking the time to ask questions and interact with someone who looks up to you can make a difference in their world. Watching my 10 younger cousins grow up has, and will continue to show me how to once again view the world in the eyes of a child, and see the untarnished beauty that still exists if you take the time to look. I am so grateful for the gift that is my family, no individual should be so lucky.

I am so thankful to have a family that not only loves me unconditionally, but that goes out of their way to demonstrate their love.

Thankful
